You can request deletion of your Professor Fox account and associated data at any time. This page explains how.
What gets deleted
- Your account profile, including name, school, syllabus, and authentication identifiers.
- Resources you created (lesson plans, manuals, worksheets, quizzes, flashcards, presentations).
- Saved library entries, generation history, and reuse data tied to your account.
- Wallet ledger entries associated with your account are anonymised in line with tax and payment-record retention requirements.
How to request deletion
Send an email to professorfox@dasomlre.com from the email address linked to your Professor Fox account, with the subject line “Delete my account”. We will confirm receipt within 3 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.
Timing and confirmation
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is removed, you will lose access to all generated resources and saved library entries. Backup copies are purged from secondary systems within 90 days.
Disconnecting Google sign-in
Deleting your Professor Fox account does not delete your Google account or any data Google holds. You can separately revoke Professor Fox’s access to your Google account from your Google security settings at any time.
